Closing on Your Aircraft
Once you’ve gone through the process you are ready to officially sell your aircraft. Our escrow agent will provide you with the necessary documents to sign and transfer the ownership of your aircraft to the buyer. Now you’re ready to move on to your next adventure!

During the period between signing the aircraft purchase agreement and closing on your aircraft, Hembree Aviation will assist you through the pre-purchase inspection process.
Closing on Your Aircraft
This is the final Step of your aircraft buying journey. Closing is the official transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer. At closing, our escrow agent will provide you with the documents necessary for signature. From there, you officially become a new aircraft owner.
